This was my first order and was not as familiar with the products and policies. I ordered pajamas, thinking they were the bamboo ones, but were not, which was my error, but found that they would not let me exchange the ones I got for the bamboo. I understand policies, but when you spend A lot of money for upscale items you might think the company would offer some grace and allow you to spend even more to get the product you really wanted. Customer service was not very friendly or helpful. I will not be ordering more items in the future because of this. The items I bought are still available and our current things they offer so it’s not like it was a close out or leftover things. I have family members that have raved about your products and I was anxious to try them, but I was left disappointed after my first experience.
