I have been with Cozy Earth since the beginning and their product quality and customer service continues to get worse and worse each year. I will no longer buy anything from them and have told me friends and family they should also do the same.I just ordered their new women’s soft woven long sleeve pajama set (regularly over $200). It was going to be a gift but when I opened the package right on the top of the blouse was a huge hole. The wrist sleeve was not sewn together correctly and there is a 1-2” hole in the sleeve where the seam is. How this item was shipped out with this big of a hole is beyond me. The pants also have strings all over and the seams are not completely sewn together too. The material is incredibly thin and is see-through even though it is a dark green color. If I had seen these pjs at Target I would have not purchased them for $20.I have tried to return them due to their manufacturer defect and have been getting the run-around. They want to charge me a $12.99 processing fee to return them even though THEY sent me a defective product. A couple of months ago I also bought a bamboo/jersey grey sheet set (bought all the parts separately). Sadly the fitted sheets arrived with stains all over it (it seems like from the dyeing process). When I reached out to get a replacement I was informed they aren’t available anymore and I can only return it for a partial refund since I have to pay a processing fee. Sadly I’m stuck with pillowcases, flat sheet and duvet in grey but cannot get a gray bamboo/jersey fitted sheet without stains to use with the rest of the set.For the prices they charge they should be ashamed that they can no longer provide a quality product and that they make the returning lrocess and absolute nightmare. I will never buy Cozy Earth again and I’m very disheartened that I’ve already given this company so much of my hard earned money.
