Bought a loungewear set as a holiday gift. Order placed at beginning of December, email said a shipping email notification would follow. When none did, after almost two weeks, I emailed to follow up. Suddenly, within a day, I received a shipping notice. Product arrived in a few more days. As soon as I opened it, I saw a huge flaw (discoloration) front and center of the top. It was obvious it should never have been sent out. It was unwearable and definitely ungiftable. I called to see if a replacement could be sent in time. Not possible - my size/color was out of stock. Requested a refund, but I would have to pay return shipping. I requested a supervisor, which ended up with my shipping being paid by them. Anyway, poor order management (what if I never emailed them), poor quality control (sending a clearly visibly damaged product), and poor customer service (without my advocating I would have had to pay shipping to send back something that was obviously damaged and no one would purchase/wear). Will never shop there again. Especially not for a gift. Not a trustworthy vendor. Giving 2 stars because at least I got my money back.
