They are suppose to be known for the their customer service until your package never arrives. My package never arrived and they told me that they would send me a new package but I can never exchange or return and that I won't be able to utilize the warranty. I also paid extra for package insurance and yet this was how I was treated when my package was lost. I went back and fourth with them and they continued to act Sympathetic, but wouldn't give me any warranity. I asked for a refund as I spent 700 on three sets because of all the good reviews and we have several bedrooms and I have NEVER tried Cozy sheets, still... somehow this lost package was now my issue... and no matter what I was stuck with these sheets I have never tried. It's the worst customer service with a smile... but read between the lines. Anyway, got the sheets... they're thin and nothing amazing. Wrinkles quick. Very similar to other bamboo sheets and tencel sheets which I tend to use. So what is the hype?
