Over the past 2 years I have transitioned all my bedding and towels in our home to Cozy Earth. They are so amazingly soft and consistent in quality. My sleep quality has never been better. Our guests rave at the comfort of our beds and ask for info on our bedding. I branched out to the clothes last year and was equally delighted. EVERYTHING is amazingly soft and cuddly. This Christmas I bought the large bubble throw blanket. OMG! Gorgeous and cuddly. Everyone was fighting over it while watching TV in the chilly Tahoe mountains.Customer service has been helpful and responsive. I was disappointed to find that my in-transit package (with Christmas gifts) was reported damaged and being returned to the shipper. Customer service looked into it and said they would get a new shipment out ASAP. The only problem was they were out of stock of the items I had purchased. They expedited the shipment as soon as the item was restocked, and I received it on 12-27-24 in time to provide the gifts before my family left to return home. I LOVE Cozy Earth products!
