I’d give the company 1 star but I’m giving an extra star because the products are so soft and luxurious. That being said, I haven’t encountered such poor customer service in a long time. I placed an order with 8 to 10 day shipment. Two days later I was alerted that a label was made. On the 12th day (this includes weekends so of course not 12 business days) I went to check on the shipment to see where it was. It still only stated a label had been created. I reached out because this was concerning as there were no new updates on the order. I was told that it was in transit just delayed. I pointed out that no where did the tracking say in transit, it had one update and that was that a label had been created. I was told again that it was on its way, clearly the person helping me was not actually looking ay any details and given a script to read. I was then told that I would have to wait until the end of the 10 business days of shipping to actually do anything about the clearly lost products. At that point they would try again or refund me, delaying my shipment by another who knows how many days. I have since then placed an Etsy order, they messed up and they had it fixed and mailed the second product out to me already. I’ve ordered several other products from companies all over the United States, and not big companies but small businesses, at least a week after placing this order and have received all of them. I wish big companies would provide the costumer support of those smaller businesses working tirelessly to back their products.
