I purchased three bamboo blankets from Cozy Earth in November. I washed one, per Cozy Earth’s instructions, to add to our guest bed (Thanksgiving house guests). The blanket came out pilled despite washing according to instructions. I emailed customer service immediately with pictures and received a generic email with another warranty claim link asking me to resubmit. I submitted pictures a second time and received an automated response simply stating they received my warranty claim. A second, identical blanket washed correctly with zero pilling (which makes me ponder the consistency of their textiles). It is now mid-December and I’ve heard nothing, despite several more attempts to get a reply from anyone in the company. Unfortunately, this is my second poor customer service experience (Cozy Earth did satisfactorily remedy my first poor experience in early 2024 after I posted a public review on a third party site). What a disappointment, especially since the company portrays themselves as a luxury brand.
