Recently relocated and was told that it would take a while for our furniture to arrive. So we ordered waffle towel set from Cozy Earth. The 2 largest towels are snagged multiple times on the waffle side. Would have been easier and less of a hassle to just go to Walmart. At least there we could have selected towels that met the price. Yes we can return them but the hassle of standing on a line in December is not anything that any of us want to do. Oh and there is that fee to return items that will cost more than 2 towels from Costco or Walmart. Below is a response from the manufacturer. What they say is not true. I’m forced to go 14 miles each way to return an item that is in poor condition. Again, this is one of those companies that want you to leave this great service but they do not. I purchased the product that I thought I was going to receive at 100%. Instead, I’ve gotta drive 28 miles purchase a box and purchase tape only to get the same lousy product. Below you state do not have to send anything back but yet here we are.
