I have bought 5 or 6 sets of sheets, a silk comforter, comforter cover, mattress pad and 5 silk pillows. Some were gifts to my kids because I truly love everything Cozy Earth. I decide to put my silk pillows in the guest room and buy two new ones for myself. After receiving and sleeping on them a couple nights I notice little black spots on my pillow case. It looked like mold that had gone through the pillow protector cover and the pillow case. I took that pillow off the bed and tried the other one, same thing happened. Im assuming they some how got wet in the factory or during shipping, since I never experienced this with the others I've bought. I called costomers service right away and was told to return them for a full refund. I still would love to purchase two more for my bed, but hesitate that the same thing would happen.I would really love to know when they get a new shipment in. I would then order right away. I still love Cozy Earth and will continue buying all my bedding from them. Decided to buy two more pillows and they are great. I must have gotten a fluke with the other order. I am now sleeping heavenly! Thank you Cozy Earth
