***UPDATE*** 09/19/2024After completing all the work, with no help from Cozy Earth, I received the package. The items are not what I expected, and that is okay, but not everything is perfect when ordering online. However, the kicker... $11.99 "processing fee" to get a refund for towels. This is not a television in a big box that has to be sold for a discount, or other large items, towels! There are too many issues with this company and its policies. You are nickel and dimed at every possible turn. Sure, "free shipping" sounds great, until something isn't right and you do all of the work, pay extra for shipping insurance (which is provided to Cozy Earth free of charge from USPS), and then you need to return the items and another $12 down the drain. There are too many wrong things with the company and how it conducts business in 2024 compared to other businesses with comparable products. Be very wary of dealing with this company. First, they add some "buyer protection" for shipping insurance at checkout. If dealing with a reputable company, this is not usually an extra charge as it is included in shipping. Second, if your package is not delivered, it is up to the customer to perform all of the work, like filing a claim with USPS, contacting USPS, waiting for USPS, etc. Cozy Earth's customer service is via email or chat, no phone. I have now spent over an hour dealing with USPS because Cozy Earth lacks customer support. Unfortunately, I have given their customer service three attempts to make it right, and they have failed at every attempt. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that makes the customer do all of the work when a package is not delivered. Be very wary of this company's policies.
