I have been a loyal customer for a year now. I don’t plan on stopping. Their loyalty program is great! They say they’re changing their cloth bags to plastic which is disconcerting to me. The reasoning I was given for this change to plastic was, “it is more in line with our values than reusable cloth bags”?! That is a head scratcher. I bought over $3000 in bedding/ bath and throws this month only to have it come in plastic shrink wrap and bursting out of the box. Literally busting open! I would be very surprised if the winter doesn’t bring a lot of upset customers with wet products. Sounds like more of a bottom line solution than an environmental one. 🤷♀️ I don’t like that I can’t give out gifts this holiday season from cozy earth to people with the reusable bags. It is one of the things that gave Cozy Earth it’s luxurious feeling when opening a nicely wrapped gift. 🎁
