After being a loyal customer, having purchased a few sheet sets; I was quite disappointed with my last purchase. The order was for the Linen Bamboo sheet set. Unfortunately, it was an oversight on my part, not realizing that they were not the same sheets purchased in the past. They were extremely rough and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I immediately expressed my concerns to no avail. The response was that the sheets were on sale and a compensation of any kind could not be accommodated. I will not be purchasing the expensive sheets from this company again.
