I ordered a set of the linen bamboo sheets that were advertised as being soft. They are gritty, scratchy, and actually irritated my skin. I requested a refund through the warranty and was told it was “final sale.” I did not think that would exempt the product from the “100 Day Guarantee,” otherwise I would not have purchased $200 sheets on the internet.
