Customer service is absolutely appalling! I placed an order a week ago and have still not received shipping confirmation/tracking information. I called to follow up and am told that they are "just picking and packing my order" and that it will ship within the next couple of days and THEN it's 5-8 business days to arrive based on the shipping I chose at checkout. Customer service is rude and has no knowledge of how to deal with customers. They refuse to give a phone number to escalate a complaint. I asked them to cancel the order but they refused. I am completely disgusted. For the amount they charge this is ridiculous.
