Ordered a duvet cover and sheet set received two duvet covers. I contacted customer service about their error and was asked for a picture of the package tags. After sending those I was now asked to send a picture of both duvet covers laid out. At this point I’m annoyed thinking they think I’m lying. I’m left still waiting for my replacement two weeks after the back and forth emails. To be honest the material of the linen material seems rough. I’m not looking forward to receiving the sheets given after now reading and experiencing the nightmare return experience. For the cost and lack of customer service this will be my last order with cozy earth. Not worth the price quality and inconvenience.
