The waffle bathrobe I purchased fell apart - the stitching came out on the pocket, and there are threads coming out all down the robe.I attempted to contact Customer Service by E-mail - twice - but nobody got back to me. Then I tried to call, but after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up and tried another way to return online. It said the item was not available for return, but that I could use some of the money to select another item. When I tried to do that, it took me right to the Purchase column, but the exchange price wasn't there. The $108 exchange price!Customer service finally responded but then did nothing! Don't make a mistake in order from these people!
