I ordered my item on February 1st and it never shipped. I emailed several times and each time I was sent an automated "Here is your order number and look for your tracking". I finally found a number to call, and what do you know it was an order that was a "pre-order" that was never communicated to me. I was supposed to have received an email telling me this but I received a "thank you for your order" email". It was also never listed on the site as this either.
