I have been a customer for about 14 months we were first gifted a pair of men’s pajama pants when my husband was diagnosed with cancer from future in-laws I fell in love with them so I have ordered several pair for myself since my experiences all have been good, but this last one I purchased a black pajama top with the white pinstripe in a large, which is what I order for myself And a small came so I reached out to customer service and asked if I could switch the small that was sent by mistake and if I could get the large in the meantime and then, when I receive that I would send back the small I was told no I have to send my product back first and then wait for the return of my correct size. I did not make the mistake but I still had to wait for my correct size. I wanted to take the pajamas on a trip with me. I was not able to do that, so with that being said , I think the correct solution would’ve been to send me the large and then when I received it, I could’ve sent back the small that was sent by accident. They have my credit card it’s not like they couldn’t get their money. And I also wish they would make the pajama tops Little longer in the length they are a bit short for me but I do love the pajamas. I think they could beef up their customer service just a wee bit.
