He went above and beyond to make it right for us and additionally edited some of the company policy around warranty. Nobody asked me to change this review, I wanted to do so because I am very pleased with the level of customer service he provided me. Original review:Conveniently the ten year warranty doesn’t cover items that are discontinued. Absolutely ridiculous and seems like a great way to trick people into buying a $300+ duvet. Ours ripped and the zipper broke after a year and they won’t do anything to honor the warranty because the product is discontinued. A shady business practice if you ask me.
