Placed an order for a Christmas gift and was never told the item was out of stock. It took me personally reaching out for them to tell me that I wouldn’t be receiving the item and they would have to cancel my order. No problem charging my card but the fact that they never reached out to make me aware of the issue is extremely alarming. Proceed with caution placing any order online. In reply to the reply I received. After reviewing my email and spam folder no email was received 2 days after the order or at all and no update was placed on my account via their website.
