Sheets are very soft, but my fitted sheet ripped within a few months. When I asked to file a warranty claim, I was told the sheet was out of stock, and when it came back in stock to let them know so they could get me a new one. Why is it my job to monitor their stock and let them know when it is available? I was told I would not have to refill out the warranty claim once the item was in stock. Today I saw the item was back in stock, did their job for them and emailed to say it was available, can we please continue my warranty claim. The response? Please fill out the warranty claim form. I already did this, and I was told I wouldn't have to do it again. With customer service like this, despite the nice feel of the sheets, I won't be ordering again.
