After ordering, I was contacted by customer service to confirm exactly what length I wanted the curtains to be, as I had told them the measurement from the rod as well as from the rings. They were super helpful. The curtains arrived just under 2 weeks from the time I confirmed the length. They are very carefully packed. There was no wrinkling, and I was able to hang them by myself. They look beautiful. I will definitely use them again.
