i received my heated chair cover & was really upset when it wouldn’t work any longer than 15-20 minutes at a time. Regardless of what setting it was on, it would heat up for a few minutes & then just stop working. The setting light was still lit on on the controller but no heat was on. I’d have to turn it off completely & then on again to get another 15-20 mins or so of heat…and repeat. So frustrating! I e-mailed the company explaining what was happening & with very little questions asked, they had shipped me a new one with their apologies! Wonderful! Their customer service was excellent & I waited for my second chair cover.The second cover arrived quickly & looked exactly like the other one but I hoped it just didn’t have the same weird heating quirk that the previous one did. Sadly, I plugged it in & immediately it did the exact same thing! I’m not sure how all I see are positive reviews because these are useless! Save your money!
