I’m really disappointed with the Hushd Avera Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece. I used it for 12 days and found it extremely uncomfortable to wear at night. Instead of helping my sleep, it actually made things worse — I now wake up with a very dry mouth and have to get up 2–3 times in the middle of the night just to drink water. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me at all and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
