Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent over £400 on a tool chest which arrived damaged. 4 weeks later and still no nearer to getting it resolved. They do not respond to emails for a week at a time. CPC want me to buy another tool chest in order to get a refund on the first. Absolutely pathetic! Staff not interested at all. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid the hassle!
