Months to get the thing. Months to clear the thing. A litany of nonsense excuses and non-communication in the interim. A person takes a vacation and an entire segment of their operations grinds to a halt. Too bad there's no alternative. ...in fact, why is a regulatory monopoly even looking for ratings? Do people rate the DMV too? I would give my local DMV 3 stars.
