I have used CPDMe platform for quite some time now and find it extremely supportive. I saw a notice come out this week that the team are currently looking at some form of leadership and feedback structure to be used by companies for the development of their staff, possibly for mentor/mentee type situations which sounds really exciting and again feature rich. I attended another great session tonight about managing falls in the community, which was well attended and quite possibly had the highest level of Q&A engagement at the end that I have seen to date.
