I was very anxious about my surgery since I had never been hospitalized before, but when I learned that I needed surgery, I felt uneasy and terrified. Upon entering the hospital, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Everyone treated me so kindly, making me feel that there was nothing to fear. For someone like me who had never been hospitalized, it turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had in any hospital. All staff, including the receptionists, nurses, and the surgeon, were incredibly kind and polite. I was able to ask my questions, and he responded with great care. The surgery was successful, and I never imagined that a surgical experience could be positive, but for me, it truly was. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing treatment for their condition.
