Living abroad, I managed to schedule the pre-surgery check and surgery via email and a brief call to clarify some questions. The entire team was professional, and I always felt safe and well-informed about the next steps, as the communication was clear yet personable. One example is that the recovery process spans several weeks, with stages that worsen about a week in before improving again — had I not known this in advance, I would have been worried. I was prescribed the right amount of pain relief and was able to return to work (office job) almost immediately, working half days while avoiding too many meetings. The medication made me a bit drowsy, so I also ensured to rest as advised. I highly recommend the doctor and the entire team.
