This company stole $220 from me. I purchased an XGT saw with the XGT battery and charger. I received only the saw and charger. CPO is refusing to send me the battery I paid for and is telling me I need to contact Makita. I didn't buy from Makita. I paid CPO and they couldn't care less that I am missing a $220 battery that I paid for. Why would they not send me what I paid for? Because I opened the package 1 week too late for their liking. Seems like they should honor their obligation and send me what I already paid for. I can't even get a refund! Thieves!!! Never buy from this company. Pay the extra money to buy from a reputable business that doesn't steal from their customers. Never again.
