I had a very frustrating and extremely poor customer service experience, hoping this feedback can lead to improvement. I was scheduled to attend a session on November 14th. 48 hours prior, I left multiple messages and made numerous phone calls for support, as I could not log in or reset my account to complete the required modules. No one returned my call. 24 hours out, I again reached out for help, but no one responded. Even 5 hours before the session, I tried again, but still no response. I emailed to explain my situation and that I could not attend due to the inability to complete the modules. Since then, I have sent numerous emails and made countless calls, waiting on hold for hours, only to reach voicemail. Only one call was returned from a representative, but I missed it. I returned the call, but again was sent to voicemail. I've repeatedly requested that someone, preferably a manager, contact me to discuss this situation, but to no avail. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the terrible service and lack of resolution compels me to share my experience.
