Poor Customer Service
The loops you have to run to get any kind of support from the company is abhorrent. The emails are useless and was informed that any assistance provided by them (via email or phone) will result in a $30 admin fee. The workers are from overseas and must work for commission as this is not the standard we expect from a company proclaiming
"We're proud to be awarded Best First Aid Training Provider 2026!"
As a consumer of their services, the quality of customer service has severely declined over the past year. Emailing with them only to get condescending messages in response to informing them that their payment system was not working correctly, or the incomplete booking was not showing the correct course that was definitely chosen.
The whole process is unnecessarily complicated.
Tried another company and the person emailing changed the booking within minutes of us sending the request and did not incur additional "admin fees".
Please hesitate when thinking about booking with this company.
