Good prices, however, terrible customer services. On the booking form online it tells you to give delivery instructions. I did, which was to call before on the day with an ETA to ensure entry as property is gated and needs someone there. Also it asks for a number to ring, which I duly gave. However, I rung on the day to check they would ring and was told it was down to the drivers discretion. The driver did ring, when he arrived at the property and rang an old number on the system, not the one I gave, saying he was at the gate. No one was there as delivery instructions weren't followed. I rang the office to complain and was told this time that notification phone calls weren't an option. I stated that I had put it as part of the delivery instructions, so to deliver oil, it was a must. The lady stated that the property had to be left accessible from 6.30am to 5pm, I informed her that this was not an option and contact must be made before delivery, at least 2hrs prior. She then said that they couldn't ring 2hrs before 6.30am. However this doesn't prevent a phone call the day before saying it would be 6.30. Disappointing and unhelpful customer service, unhelpful staff and system of management. Other oil companies have not had a problem doing this. Thankfully when the delivery came someone was there, otherwise it would have been a repeat as they still didn't follow delivery instructions the second time round either.
