Took payment on March 2nd, then waited 7 days to tell me they weren't going to deliver at that price. Email gave me the 3 options as mentioned below in other 1 star reviews. During that 7 day period, whilst my money had sat in their account and not mine, the price of heating oil had of course gone up and up everywhere so I had lost any chance of securing a lower price elsewhere.
Currently spent about 90 mins on the phone to them to get a refund, during which time I have either been cut off or have given up as I cant dedicate ages to sit on the phone (can only presume they have hardly anyone staffing the phones). Money taken with ease online but return needs me to sit on hold on the phone for an hour. Awful business practice. Won't be using CPS or Goff again.
