They truly don't deserve any rating. After signing the contract, the representatives they suggested never respond to my messages. Many of them even ask for money. When I reported this to the agency, they told me to write a presentation letter and claimed I wasn't communicating properly, then completely blocked my calls. They didn't reply afterward. It feels like a total scam, and I lost my money. The representatives can't even speak English.
