Heather was phenomenal. She reached out to me and help me make sure I got my shipment quickly. Everything came packed in a big cooler. The ice packs were totally frozen. The crabs were fresh and they were absolutely fabulous. It couldn’t have been better than if I had actually went there and picked them up from the store thanks a lot guys.
