I ordered the no claw crabs. Nowhere was it stated that meant no Legs as well..Customer service is terrible if you email.They do not get back to you, they provide a phone number.But you cannot talk to somebody or leave a message. im trying to cash in on my 10% discount for providing my email.Yes the emails keep coming but there's no way when I do my second order to apply my ten percent... update: 7/25/24Customer service did start responding to my emails and sent me 12 replacement crabs to make up for the ones with no legs. I was also able to redeem my 20% off and $10 points. I am changing to 5 Stars and will be ordering again. Quality and taste of Seafood is spectacular !!!
