Being spot on with delivery was #1. Crabs plus other packaged very well. Here is a tip: make sure people who order crabs with heavy seasoning get it. My crabs were cooked but bare. Heavy seasoning gets you crabs with bay/salt seasoning stuck to crabs. Clearly a mistake on my last order. Don’t worry, I’m still a loyal customer. Another very small problem but I totally understand this one. Colossal crabs can be scarce but that’s what I wanted and you didn’t have them when I ordered. Good news, you have two new customers based on one of my orders back in 2023. They both have had orders in already here in 2024. So I will be back for sure….. at least another 2 orders by September. I will close by saying this. Get the seasoning right when people make that selection. It’s all about seasoning. Crabs eaters in the tri state, de, md, pa and even nj know what they want. A dull crab could make or break their next order. Love you people. Oh, one last remark here. On the website, make a comments section so the customer can tell you some details on how they want their crabs. You have one but it’s at checkout and relates to the delivery. The more the customer can tell you the better the sale can be.
