The easy-to-navigate website and thoughtful handling and packaging ensured 100% live and kicking critters arrived on time for a big surprise. The problem was that these medium size hard shell females had little to no flesh or roe to enjoy. The effort to extract what morsels could be found was not worth the frustration, therefore, the entire order was scraped. For those of us that are not altogether familiar with what to expect the company should alert its customers as to what to expect so that they can make a satisfactory choice. It was a big dollar disappointment at an attempted perfect gift.
