Crab Dynasty Seafood (CDS) went above and beyond! We ordered colossal crab legs for our TG day celebration. CDS shipped out seafood out via 2nd day USP with an expected delivery of Wednesday; perfectly time prior to the holiday. Sadly UPS completely fouled up stating that the crab legs which were picked up in MD were stuck in KY due to a power outage and resultant issue with their scanners. After spending many hours on the phone with UPS they advised we would not only not get them in FL on Thursday but they may not arrive on Friday. UPS completely ruined TG!When the seafood finally arrived on Friday, the ice packs were defrosted and the inner styrofoam container had split as if package had been dropped or damaged during shipping. The crab had a seriously strong fish smell. We called CDS and explained the issue to Heather in customer service who offered to provide a refund or a replacement delivery; we opted for replacement delivery. We would highly recommend this seafood company and can’t wait to try more of their products.
