It's very disappointing to visit the website and find that online orders for crackers are no longer available for delivery. I have been doing this for several years, and now unless you are near a specific location, you cannot purchase. While I understand costs have increased, customers are willing to pay for quality. I feel let down as it seems online customers no longer matter, and there was no communication to let us know. It feels like we supported them until now and have been abandoned.
