I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them regarding my two separate orders for the same product. They wanted to be sure that I did want to order the exact same product and, I did even though I haven’t seen the product yet.I belong to a craft group from various parts of the USA and England and it is so much simpler for me to place separate orders to be shipped to the various members directly from this company than to have every thing shipped to me. The for me then to repackage and ship everything onto my group.I really appreciate their close observation of the orders coming in and checking to be sure there was no confusion on the invoices.
