I'd rate lower than one star if that were possible. This service has really become a complete joke. The tools aren't honored under warranty, and the replacements are often low quality if they are available at all. Customer support is lacking. I recently spent 40 minutes trying to get a shovel and a screwdriver covered under warranty. Both items have a LIFETIME warranty, yet I wasn't able to resolve either issue. Now I'm being informed that the warranty only covers the original price I paid for these 'LIFETIME warranted items' and that I need a receipt. I'd require a separate toolbox just to hold all my receipts. At least other sellers have tools readily available.
