Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.Taylor the customer service agent asked for my name and email without explaining why. I refused. This happened a second time after I repeated my question. Very frustrating. I was trying to find out where I can find a certified stalking retailer to return my chipped hammer, as advertised on their website for returns. She sent me a link that was exclusive to USA. I asked her about my country. She said she would have to connect me with someone else. Ten minutes later of being on a computer with hard-wired internet I get a message from Taylor saying " chat has been terminated due to inactivity" but I was waiting on them. I tried closing and opening the browser to get a new agent but it just opened up the same window with Taylor and I wasn't able to do anything. Now I am stuck with a defective hammer and do not know how far I am going to have to take it. Not buying their products ever again so I don't have to deal with these incompetent people.
