I did not recieve my order craftsuprint were so helpful and understanding after a 3 weeks ut still didnt arrive so they sent me a replacement, no arguments the first parcel came the same day but looked like it had been through a mincer. They said to salvage what i could and keep. Highly reccomed this small family business so kind friendly and very helpful. I have been using them for years and this is the first time i had to get in touch with them . No judgement just so helpful. Will definately keep using them for many years to come.
