After being told initially by a Craftvow member service tech on the phone that my membership was non refundable, I was able to receive a prompt response via email and confirmation that the purchase would be refunded. I am not entirely sure how my debit card was charged, and still figuring out if it was fraudulent. I insisted that the membership sign up was not of my doing. They understood and asked if I would write a review here. Be careful what you click on social media….
