I ordered an “Air Backpack” through a YouTube craftyzenith advertisement, which displayed a price of 38 SAR at checkout. However, I was charged 77 SAR instead. The Apple Pay notification reflected a $9.99 deduction. Unfortunately, the full amount was ultimately withdrawn by CraftyZenith. As expected, they classified part of the charge as a subscription, and according to their terms and conditions, the remaining amount is non-refundable. This feels like a deceptive and unethical practice. After numerous email exchanges, they finally agreed to cancel my subscription—but even for that, they deducted (22.55 SAR) money from my account. Despite all the back-and-forth, I only got a small portion of the stolen amount(36.43 SAR) refunded. I strongly advise others not to be misled by their ads—they’re just out to take your money. It feels more like gambling than a service. I had no choice but to close my account.
