We place an order, the solar panel/s arrive! For the most part, the order arrives the very next day! Easy to give a good review for normal day-to-day practice!This week, for the first time in a year of ordering, I received a damaged panel! I sent Craig a photo of the damage and the very next day a replacement was sent with a personal response from Craig (the owner) - Perfect approach to Customer Service.
