Site has good reviews for quality of products. Unfortunately my product hasn't arrived, and seems to be stuck by Hermes. However, there are no contact details on the website to raise this, their order email is a 'no reply', and the email address on Trustpilot (hello@) bounces back. So they've taken my money but i have no way to let them know there's been an issue with delivery.UPDATETo be fair to Craig immediately after I posted this he emailed to apologise and provided a full refund. He explained he’s taken his ‘contact me’ section off the website due to spam, and is looking for an alternative. Following the explanation and speed of response, I think it’s fair to see the customer service is indeed excellent. I have reordered Craig Solar products via Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery via Prime.
