Update: The support team reached out to resolve the promotional issue without me asking. However, after buying another promotional package, again, no bonus was applied. The AI chatbot suggested reasons for this, but I’m unsure if I can use the original balance. It's disappointing to have to reach out multiple times. On a positive note, the site offers a detailed win/loss tracker, which is rare. I lost $110 out of $261 played, and my biggest win was just $10. This feature is nice, but the issues with purchases make me want to find a better place to play. I had a poor experience with a welcome package that promised a bonus but did not deliver.
